Terms of service

softxsolutions builds custom web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and automation for clients who hire us. Sending the form or creating an account does not start a paid contract. A written scope does.

The site

This website describes the team and the work we take on. Catalog products, order status, and messages in an account are for people we are already working with or who asked us to build something. Do not rely on marketing copy as a service-level promise.

Starting a project

You can write through the transmit form or an account. We review the brief, then we send a written scope: what we will build, what we will not, and a sprint plan. Fees, timeline, and ownership are in that scope or a separate agreement — not on this page.

Your account

Keep your login email under your control. You are responsible for the files and messages you upload. We may close an account that is abused or used to harm the service.
