How to delete your data

Email marketing@softxsol.com from the address you used on the site. Say you want your data deleted. We remove the account, orders, messages, uploads, and transmit records we hold for that address, then we confirm.

What we delete

Profile details (name, email, phone, company), account login, orders and chat, files you uploaded, and briefs sent through the public form. We cannot erase copies you still have, or records a bank or host must keep for a finished payment.

How to ask

Write to marketing@softxsol.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email you used to sign up or transmit. If you have an account, mention that. We reply when the deletion is done, usually within 30 days.

If we cannot find you

If the inbox does not match a record, we will say so. You can add a company name, phone, or project detail so we can locate the right file. See the privacy policy for what we collect.
