Plain-English privacy policy

softxsolutions collects the details you send when you start a project or create an account — name, email, phone, company, and what you want built — so we can reply and do the work. We do not sell that information.

What we collect

The public transmit form asks for name, email, company, and a short brief. If you create an account we also store a login email, an optional phone number, and the orders or messages you send. We send a one-time code to that email so you can sign in. Files you upload for an order stay attached to that order.

How we use it

We use this data to answer you, run the project, keep your account working, and email the sign-in code. Hosting and database providers that run this site store it so the product can function. We do not use it for ads.

How long we keep it

Account and order records stay until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to finish or support the work. You can request deletion at any time.
